This website, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, is offered by Arico Inc. upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of remaining provisions.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us or when you cease using our site.

SECTION 20 - LILBEE.CA PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Lilbee offers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

The item purchased was marked down within 48 hours of the order date.
The item is still available on lilbee.ca in the same style and size.
Only one price adjustment per order.
Price adjustments are not eligible during major annual promotions (Pre-Black Friday, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Boxing Day).

If these conditions are met, please contact our customer service at info@lilbee.ca to receive a refund of the price difference to your original payment method.

SECTION 21 - MATERIAL VARIATION & TOLERANCES

Our products are filled with clean, unused textiles that have been recovered and shredded. Minor variations in texture, density, or weight may occur between batches. Such variations do not affect normal use and do not constitute a defect.

SECTION 22 - ALLERGENS & ENVIRONMENT

Products should be used in a clean, dry environment. Avoid exposure to humidity or heat sources. Individuals sensitive to textile fibers or dust should air out the product upon receipt. Any residual odor from packaging will dissipate after airing and does not constitute a defect.
