Care Tips

Cover

Dampen the stained area with water; use a gentle or natural stain remover, lightly rub the stain, and rinse thoroughly. Repeat as needed. Avoid chemical products;
Machine wash the cover on a delicate cycle, in water only (after applying a stain remover to the affected areas).
Do not dry clean and do not tumble dry.

Filling

• Not machine washable. Wash only the outer cover of the inner filling bag by hand; Dampen the stained area with water; use a stain remover, gently rub the stain, and rinse thoroughly. Repeat as needed. Let air dry.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty on seams.
We also guarantee the Loop25 filling for 1 year against any manufacturing defect. If the cushion seems to have lost a bit of density, gently shake it or redistribute the filling by hand, it will regain its original shape and comfort.
