Shipping Fees

We deliver across Canada, except for the following regions: Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

$15.00 (+ tax) for all cushions, anywhere (in the provinces we ship to) in Canada.
Free shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more (before tax).

Our fees cover preparation, packaging, and shipping. All our products arrive ready to use, with no assembly required.

Remote areas: if your address is located in an area not served by our carriers, an additional fee may apply. We will contact you before shipping to present your options; nothing will be shipped without your approval.

P.O. Boxes: we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. Box address is provided or identified by the carrier, the order will be placed on hold and we will contact you to obtain a physical delivery address.

Order cancellation: we may cancel an order if the destination is outside our carriers’ service areas. Before any cancellation, we will offer you the best available alternatives.


Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing: 1 to 3 business days
  • Quebec and Ontario: 1 to 4 business days
  • Other provinces: 5 to 10 business days
  • Peak periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day): please allow an additional 1 to 8 business days

Important: Lilbee cannot be held responsible for delivery delays during the holiday season (from December 15 to January 2) or for delays related to statutory holidays.


Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

Defects or Non-Conformity (10 days)

We guarantee that our products are new and free from defects. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, you have 10 days from receipt to request an exchange or a refund.

  • Return and reshipping fees are covered by Lilbee.
  • The original shipping fees will also be refunded in this case.
  • An extended delay may apply during the holiday period.

Voluntary Return (Change of Mind) - 10 days

You may return a product within 10 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

  • Return shipping fees: the customer is responsible.
  • Original shipping fees: non-refundable.
  • If the order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Required condition: the product must be new, unused, clean, odor-free, free of pet hair, with all tags and original packaging intact.

💡 If the product has never been used and has simply been kept in its original packaging while waiting to be given as a gift, we may accept the return up to 30 days after the delivery date.

If cleaning or reconditioning is required, additional fees may apply.

Lost or untraceable parcels remain the responsibility of the sender.

Exchanges

In person: free of charge, at our showroom (1285 rue des Ardennes, Québec, QC, G1N 0A4).

Final Sale

Products purchased on promotion or at a reduced price are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will confirm acceptance of the return by email. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
