Where are Lilbee's products made?

All Lilbee products are proudly made in Canada, in our own workshop. Every cushion is handcrafted by our team with care, from sewing to filling, to ensure consistent quality and lasting comfort.

How do I choose the right product for me?

Each Lilbee cushion has its own purpose:

Crescent Cushion: Perfect for meditation in a cross-legged position, supporting your hips and spine. Lilbee’s design offers extra stability and comfort. Best for people who are a bit more flexible in the knees.

Zafu Cushion: Our best-seller! Offers more space for your legs and helps you maintain a natural posture during longer sessions. A great choice for those with less knee flexibility, supportive, soft, and cozy.

Zabuton Mat: The ultimate companion for deep meditation! Can be used on its own or placed under your Zafu or Crescent to cushion your knees and ankles for complete comfort.

Round Bolster: A yogi essential! Perfect for deep stretches, restorative yoga, or relaxation under your knees or back.

Rectangular Bolster: So satisfying to use. This yoga bolster provides stable support for gentle backbends, leg elevation, or seated poses during your practice.

Yoga Pads: Compact and easy to move, they add soft support under your knees, hips, or elbows whenever you need it.

Are your products easy to wash?

Yes! All of our products come with an easy-to-remove cover that’s machine washable. *Just make sure to air dry it, avoid the dryer to keep the fabric looking its best.

What are the dimensions of your products?

Each product page includes detailed dimensions in inches, as well as pictures showing people using the product to help you better visualize its size.

What are the weights of your products?

Weights vary depending on the type of cushion and its filling. Because we use a dense upcycled textile filling, our products are a little heavier than similar cushions made with fiber or foam, but that’s exactly what makes them so supportive and long-lasting. Each product page lists the approximate weight so you know what to expect before ordering.

What materials are used in Lilbee products?

Our covers are made from 100% polyester fabric - super soft to the touch and beautifully crafted. The fabric is treated to be stain-resistant, water-repellent, and resistant to friction and tearing (anti-abrasion).

All our cushions are filled with Loop25, our upcycled textile filling made in Canada. We carefully select clean, unused fabric scraps to create a supportive, sustainable, and comfortable filling, all processed locally.

Can I use my Lilbee cushion or bolster outdoors?

Lilbee products are designed for indoor use. You can use them outside occasionally, but we recommend keeping them away from moisture and direct sunlight to preserve the fabric’s softness and longevity.

Can I buy just the cover?

At the moment, our covers are not sold separately. However, this option will be available soon as part of our effort to extend the life of every Lilbee product.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you deliver across Canada?

We deliver everywhere in Canada, except for the following regions:

  • Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Yukon
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nunavut

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the destination is in a region not covered by our carriers but "we usually make it anywhere" ;)

What's the shipping cost?

$15.00 (+ tax) for all cushions, anywhere (in the provinces we ship to) in Canada.
Free shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more (before tax).

Our fees cover preparation, packaging, and shipping. All our products arrive ready to use, with no assembly required.

What are the delivery delays ?

Processing your order will be handled within 1 to 2 Business Days by our team.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • Ontario and Quebec : 1 to 4 business days
  • Other provinces: 5 to 10 business days

Promotional Periods :

Please note that during exceptional promotional periods (example: Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Boxing Day etc.) the volume of orders is much higher than usual. This may result in a delay of 1 to 5 additional working days for each order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email at the address you provided. This message will include a tracking number with a link that lets you follow your delivery in real time.

Pick-up option:
If you selected the “Pick up in store” option, you’ll also receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Why does shipping take longer during promotions?

During high-demand periods, our small team processes a much higher number of orders than usual. We always do our best to keep delivery times as short as possible, but a few extra days may be needed. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

My product has a manufacturing defect, can I return it?

We guarantee that our products are new and free from defects. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, you have 10 days from receipt to request an exchange or a refund.

An extended timeframe may be granted during the holiday season.

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us by email at info@lilbee.ca or by phone at 418-455-9749, and include your order number and the reason for your request.

The product I purchased doesn’t suit me, can I get a refund?

You may return a product within 10 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return shipping fees: the customer is responsible.
  • Original shipping fees: non-refundable.
  • If the order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Required condition: the product must be new, unused, clean, odor-free, free of pet hair, with all tags and original packaging intact.

💡 If the product has never been used and has simply been kept in its original packaging while waiting to be given as a gift, we may accept the return up to 30 days after the delivery date.

If cleaning or reconditioning is required, additional fees may apply.

Can I return a product purchased on sale?

No, promotional or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

WARRANTY

What is the warranty on your products?

All Lilbee products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

If you experience a problem with your product, please contact us at info@lilbee.ca with your order number and photos so we can help you find the best solution.

How do I care for my Lilbee cushion?

All our covers are removable and machine washable in cold water. We recommend air drying to preserve the fabric’s softness and color. The inner cushion should not be washed or exposed to moisture, as it contains our Loop25 upcycled filling. A simple wipe with a damp cloth is enough for light cleaning.

Dry cleaning and machine drying are strictly discouraged for all our products, as they may damage the fabric.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom located directly inside our workshop at 1285 Rue des Ardennes in Quebec City.

You can discover our products in person, try our meditation cushions, and benefit from our team’s expertise to help you choose the right one.

Can I buy your products at your showroom?

Yes, you can take your order home directly from our showroom, as we keep inventory of all our models.

However, during high-demand periods, some items may temporarily be out of stock. To check availability, we recommend contacting our team at 418-455-9749. If the model you want isn’t available, it will be produced as soon as possible.
